Questions about pricing
What counts as a scan?
One photo of a monitor display is 1 scan unit. One notebook page is 2 units, because Gemini reads every row on it. Manual entries never use units.
What happens when my units run out?
Nothing is lost. You can keep adding readings by hand, view your chart and export your data. Scanning resumes when the next period starts, or you can switch to a plan.
How do I cancel?
From your diary, open Scan plans and choose Cancel renewal, or cancel from your PayPal account. Remaining units stay available until the paid period ends. Unused units do not roll over and are not refunded.
Who charges me, and in which currency?
PayPal charges you in US dollars on behalf of Funtika LTD. PayPal may convert from your local currency at its own rate. You can pay with a PayPal balance or a card through PayPal.
