These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Funtika LTD (“Funtika”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Israel, about your use of the Monitor2Log website and application (“Monitor2Log” or the “Service”). Please read them before you create an account.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Monitor2Log, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use Monitor2Log. If you keep records on behalf of someone else — a parent or a relative, for example — you are responsible for doing so with their agreement and for the accuracy of what you save.
2. What Monitor2Log is, and what it is not
Monitor2Log is a record-keeping tool. It helps you move readings from home health devices — a blood pressure monitor, for example — into an organised diary that you can review, chart, export as CSV and share with your clinician.
Monitor2Log is not a medical device and is not a source of medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not interpret your readings, does not warn you about them, and does not replace a consultation. If a reading worries you, or your health changes, contact a qualified clinician or your local emergency service.
Where the Service offers a photo scan, an artificial-intelligence model reads the numbers in your photo and proposes them as a draft. Optical character recognition can be wrong. Every value is shown to you for review, you can edit any of it, and nothing is saved to your diary until you confirm it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records.
3. Your account and its security
Accounts are created and authenticated through Firebase Authentication, a service of Google LLC, using Google sign-in.
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for what happens through your account. Tell us promptly at support@monitor2log.com, or the address published on the site, if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
An account is for one person. Please do not share, sell or transfer it.
4. Acceptable use
Use Monitor2Log lawfully and for its intended purpose: keeping your own health records, or those of a person you care for with their agreement.
You agree not to: attempt to access another person's account or data; interfere with, overload, probe or circumvent the Service or its abuse-protection measures; use automated means to create accounts, consume scan credits or extract data; upload unlawful material, malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights; resell the Service or present it as your own; or use it in any setting where a failure or an inaccurate value could cause injury.
We may suspend or limit an account we reasonably believe is being used in breach of this section, or in a way that puts other users, our providers or the Service at risk.
5. Scan plans, limits, payments and cancellation
Manual entry, your diary, chart, history and CSV export are free. Photo scanning includes a free allowance of three scans per calendar month.
The monthly plan costs USD 5.99 and includes a maximum of 100 scan units in each monthly billing period. The yearly plan costs USD 49.99 and includes a maximum of 1,200 scan units in each yearly billing period. A monitor image uses one unit and a notebook image uses two. Allowances reset when a new paid period starts, unused units do not roll over, and buying a plan does not make scanning unlimited.
Plans renew automatically through PayPal at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel renewal from Monitor2Log or PayPal. Cancellation stops future charges; the remaining allowance stays available until the end of the period already paid for. We may give advance notice of a price change where required, and a changed price does not apply without the notice or consent required by law.
Payments are processed by PayPal. Your card details and PayPal credentials are handled by PayPal and never reach us. We keep the subscription identifier, plan, amount, status and billing-period timestamps in a ledger held with our hosting provider and keyed to your account, so we can apply the correct allowance, prevent duplicate grants, support you and meet our accounting obligations.
If you request a refund, contact support@monitor2log.com. Refund rights depend on applicable law and whether the paid scanning service has already been used. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal. If a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back or otherwise fails, we may revoke the corresponding paid allowance.
A scan that fails for a technical reason on our side is returned to your balance.
6. Intellectual property
Monitor2Log — the name, the site, its software, design, text, illustrations and printable sheets — is owned by Funtika LTD or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.
You may use the site and print the free log sheets for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything else — copying, modifying, distributing or creating derivative works from the Service — needs our written permission.
Third-party names, brands and models mentioned on the site, including monitor manufacturers and health organisations whose published layouts our printable sheets follow, belong to their owners and are used descriptively. Those organisations do not produce or endorse Monitor2Log.
7. Your content
Your readings, your notes and the photos you submit for scanning remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.
You grant Funtika LTD a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit and process your content solely in order to operate the Service for you: to save the readings you confirm, draw your chart, produce your export, and pass a photo to the scanning provider at your request. The licence exists for that purpose alone and ends when you delete the content or your account.
We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising.
8. Third-party services
Monitor2Log relies on providers you should be aware of: Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Functions, Gemini and reCAPTCHA Enterprise), Meta Platforms (the optional WhatsApp channel), PayPal (payments) and Netlify (hosting and the purchase ledger).
A website photo is processed by Google. If you opt into WhatsApp, Meta notifies our Firebase Function, which checks your scan balance before requesting the image from Meta and passing it to Google. Monitor2Log does not retain your photos; temporary extracted rows wait for your review for no more than 24 hours.
These providers act under their own terms and privacy policies. We choose them carefully, but we do not control them, and their availability is outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that scanning will read every display or every handwritten page correctly, or that any particular value proposed by the scanner is accurate. That is why you review and confirm every value before it is saved.
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. If a change materially removes something you have paid for, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include a proportionate refund for the unused period.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Funtika LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or twenty US dollars (USD 20).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funtika LTD, its officers, employees and contractors against any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law, or from content you submit through it.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Monitor2Log at any time. You can delete individual readings yourself, export your data as CSV, and ask us to delete your account and its data by writing to support@monitor2log.com.
We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these Terms or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you an opportunity to export your data.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service develops or the law changes. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version. If a change is material, we will give notice on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country in which you live.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Funtika LTD about the Service.
