How do I use a printable blood pressure log?
Print the sheet, keep it next to your monitor, and write each reading down immediately with the time. Sit for five minutes first and use the same times each day. When the page is full, photograph it to turn it into a chart or bring it to your appointment.
How many readings a day should the log have?
Most home-monitoring guidance suggests morning and evening readings for about a week before an appointment, so the two-readings-per-day sheet fits most people. Choose one or three if that is what your clinician asked for.
Why does the sheet print the date format at the top?
So a date like 3/9 is never ambiguous later — for you, your doctor, or the scanner. Pick DD/MM or MM/DD to match how you write dates and the sheet labels the column accordingly.
